Sharky is a 77 Chevy that has been modified to look like a killer whale. He has a mouth, a tail, dorsal fin, and a blow hole that shoots water 10 feet in the air. He was used in parades on Friday Harbor WA for the last 13 or so years. For the last two years he was painted to resemble a fish by the daughter of the owners. Recently he was purchased by my room mate who found him on craigslist and drove him back to Seattle. We decided to paint it flat grey like a shark. So that’s the story of this van…
